You even managed to grab some natives by the scruff and use them in the effort! As a connoisseur of that type of racist gaslighting, and missing my home state so very much, I really appreciate all that you do, Drich.

what do you mean none of that ever happened???

The following is according to one of her own students!!

In the early 1990s, HLS was a hotbed of left-wing agitation. I was there and remember well the explosive protests and sit-ins that erupted over a lack of diversity on the faculty. In April 1992, scores of protestors demonstrated outside Dean Robert Clark’s office, some of them wearing masks of Clark’s face. Nine students (my closest friend among them) refused to leave the Dean’s office for over 25 hours. Their specific demand? That the administration hire a faculty member who was a “woman of color.”

After the protest broke up, Dean Clark filed disciplinary charges against the disruptive students. But the administrative hearing to determine the fate of the “Griswold 9,” as they came to call themselves, turned into a circus. Jesse Jackson issued a plea for leniency, and hundreds of spectators filled the hearing room to watch students turn the tables on Dean Clark and effectively put Harvard on trial for discrimination.
It was against this backdrop of race and gender activism that Elizabeth Warren arrived in Cambridge. Then a law professor at the University of Pennsylvania, she came to Harvard as a visiting professor (that is, on a trial basis). During this time, Warren categorized herself as Native American and was deemed a minority in a professional directory used by law schools for recruiting purposes. Warren says she classified herself this way to meet other Native Americans. That may be true; it must also have had the effect of catching the attention of hiring committees at prestigious law schools.
Once at Harvard, Warren quickly developed a reputation as an engaging and committed teacher. Students of all political stripes flocked to her classes. I was one of them. She was, I can attest, an excellent professor.
It is not difficult to imagine that the members of the hiring committee might have thought Warren would help with their public relations problem—or at least buy them some time.
The  reports that Warren’s claim to Native American heritage never came up in faculty deliberations. But, of course, it didn’t have to. At that point, her purportedethnicity was a matter of record.

There goes your hero... whatch here now: stealing glory from not only native americans but from women of color.. Just so she could get a highly sought after job..  how much more do you need to see before you see the monster in front of you? Look up how she selfidentifies as a congress woman..

She is a terrible hypocrite and demands to be mocked at the very least till she admits to her wrong doing. Not held up as the next potential POTUS..

That is what kills me about you douche bags. you are so polarized it's all or nothing. you are not even allowed to think for yourselves. you can' even criticize your best white/native american hope for being a liar!
Hehe

This woman is being trolled for laying claim to something she has o claim to! she is listed as a 'native american staff at harvard law, Do you understand? this dishonest pig used affirmitive action to work the system to obtain a tenured position in one of the best schools on the idea she was the grand daughter of a native american (that was her orginal story not 1 in 10) And she is listed as a native american senator. so what does the native americans think of her shenanigans? as of feb 1 2019:
And tribal leaders described the test as "useless."

"Using a DNA test to lay claim to any connection to the Cherokee Nation or any tribal nation, even vaguely, is inappropriate and wrong," Cherokee Nation Secretary of State Chuck Hoskin, Jr., said in a statement at the time. "It makes a mockery out of DNA tests and its legitimate uses while also dishonoring legitimate tribal governments and their citizens, whose ancestors are well documented and whose heritage is proven. Senator Warren is undermining tribal interests with her continued claims of tribal heritage."

this taken from NPR where she appologizes for stealing native american glory/honor.

Native americans across the board are not having it, they demand stronger genetic ties to lay claim to what she has laid claim too. She is a monster for playing the system to promote her white over privileged ass as one of the people tis nation owes a great debt to. How many better qualified people did she surpass because of the title she took for her self?

Playing the people as fools in this way can not be what you want in a POTUS

https://www.npr.org/2019/02/01/690806434/warren-apologizes-to-cherokee-nation-for-dna-test

I have a problem with the way that this is being presented to the public. Warren's DNA only becomes the business of the Cherokee Nation or any other nation if she tries to formally affiliate with the Cherokee Nation. She hasn't tried to formally affiliate. She has Native American DNA, and she is perfectly entitled to feel proud of that heritage and claim it as her own. The Cherokee Nation is acting like she has claimed citizenship in the Cherokee Nation. She hasn't. She is like someone who says that they are German, and they get a DNA test that confirms they have German ancestry. And then Germany gets all bent out of shape, acting like they have claimed German citizenship, even though they haven't done that.

The Cherokee Nation has a right to internally do anything that they want, regarding Warren's DNA. But they don't have a right to dictate US policy, regarding Warren's DNA, or to tell Warren that she isn't allowed to be proud of her heritage.  The only thing that they have a right to do is decide that she either is or isn't formally a citizen of their nation. They don't have a right to interfere with her being proud of her genetic heritage. And yes, she absolutely can claim it on paperwork that asks about her heritage. If she has to be an enrolled member of a tribe to claim a benefit, then she can't claim that benefit. As far as I know, she has never claimed a benefit that required her to be an enrolled member of a tribe.

That being said, Warren's history of claiming to be American Native is a little bit of a turn off to me, because I feel that she probably did it as a self loathing white girl. She wanted to be something else.

glob...

warren has been doing this a lot long than her bid for the senate or for the potus. she has been laying claim to this title since the 80s. even polito fact records she claimed to be cherrokee or from the delware tribes.
Warren’s central offense dates back to the mid 1980s, when she first formally notified law school administrators that her family tree includes Native Americans. Warren said she grew up with family stories about both grandparents on her mother’s side having some Cherokee or Delaware blood.

which is why tribal leader take exception to her claim as they can plainly see what you all are forceing a blind eye to. That trump is right for trolling her and calling her names to force her to admit the truth!
