Yup. That by itself argues for repatriation. Don't make it easy for them. Make them work for it in the form of helping the fight against ISIS. If they are genuine in their conviction they should be glad to help.
It would be foolish to turn away someone who has learned the errors of their ways strictly out of the need for petty revenge.
