Definitely not wives who went willingly. Fuck them. Their children? That's really tough. Where were they born? Are their parents legit citizens of the nation in question? If so, they have a right to citizenship. Maybe offer the mother the change to give her child up for adoption into said country? I really don't know. Probably arguments against that, but I'm not at all for letting ISIS members back into this country. Other countries' citizens have to speak for themselves.
