So what do you do with the no's? Make them dig a trench, line them up beside it, and shoot them in the back of the head?
Leave them where they are.
Fighters and women who ran off to be with them made their choices. And kids who became involved in atrocities are likely too damaged to safely integrate into Western society.
And line them up in front of a trench?
No, a rope is reusable.
