But we aren't talking about the white middle class or the working poor.  We're talking about celebrities committing white collar crimes.  I'll rephrase my earlier question: 

Do you think the cops would have shot and killed Halle Berry if she was charged with the same crime, under the same circumstances as Lori Loughlin?  (Remember - YOU'RE the one who said 'She didn't end up dead interacting with the police')
