The physical can do all of the "spooky" stuff (whatever that is) if the physical can break the rules, which is possible by your description of possibility.
But the reality we know isn't physical, it's a conscious reality. It's reality in mental form. In fact we can be more certain of a conscious reality, then a purely physical one, because thats the world we experience, operate, in and see.
