If someone answers a racial slur with physical assault, they are committing an unlawful and excessive act of retaliation....in response to a racist act.
Highly unacceptable and inappropriate, and decidedly worse than the initial act in most cases.
But the retaliatory act isn't racist in and of itself. It's a reaction.
A gross overreaction, to be precise. One that does indeed warrant charges being pressed in the minds of most reasonable people, should the person who was assaulted choose to pursue them.
If the races of the parties in the video were reversed I would arrive at the very same conclusion.
No, I don't think that I'm just guessing. I appreciate the conclusion that you personally would draw if the races of the parties in the dispute were reversed. But I think that the media would make a big story out of it, sort of like what they did with Nick Sandman.
So, you think an inaccurately covered stare-off between Nick Sandman and a Native American tribal leader is evidence that the courts give a pass to folks who are recorded issuing beat-downs solely on account of being called racial slur...IF they're one of "the Blacks". They are given favor in the criminal justice system.
And none of this is guessing on your part, nor tailored to fit your narrative?
Okay.
