Other fun one - stuck my left thumb into a bandsaw blade - cut down to just nicking bone. Taped it up and went to my birthday party. No stitches. Left nice scar. Good party though. Worth the scar.
At work, I am always weary and paing attention to the machines. My first real employer told me "It is not when you are a newbie that accidents happen, it's when you develop trust in the machine and divert attention."
Saw blades, machined drills, etc... No talkie using those.
