Indeed. Not that it's hard to get paint off small children.
EG
Put them in the washing machine,with lots of bleach (one at a time)
Place in a warm oven to dry the paint thoroughly,then chip off with a sharp chisel or use a sandblaster.
Simplest way is probably the best: coat the children liberally with paint stripper,taking care to wear protective gloves. Leave for an hour,ignoring the screams.Rinse clean.
Of course I'm kidding, I'd never hurt a child,that would be cruel. I'd simply sell them to an Indian rug maker.
