I know people seem to think it is more complex than that and I freely admit that I am totally unqualified to put forward a definitive stance on this so I stick with what is probably outdated and wrong way of looking at things. On the whole it does not alter how I treat people, my Dr became a woman after a few years and after the initial surprise that Peter is now Sharon you just get on with it.
