How do you prove they are " fake claims"?

You can't.

They are the ones who get to choose who is legitimate, and they say they arke.....(circular logic)

I'm not blaming you for anything. I'm wondering if you have a problem with tribes having their own land and laws or just that they accept people into their nations who aren't native by blood? I would think they could do that via marriage and that there are plenty of white natives these days who have just been watered down for a few generations. Can you tell the difference? Then, why assume nefarious intent? Is it because you think natives are slimy little liars? Just asking.

My problem - living according to contracts made over a century old - with none of the signers of the contract living. Especially so - when you are granting rights by nothing more than accident of birth.

If we are to accept " being born to it" - perhaps we should adopt a caste system like in India.....
