As a vasoconstrictor it certainly can be if you have underlying blood pressure, cardiac, circulatory issues. Coupled with underlying issues, nicotine can be a key component in a perfect storm that causes a heart attack, aneurysm, stroke, etc. Excessive caffeine consumption poses potential cardiovascular risks as well.
I smoke and drink Red Bull, incidentally. I blame it my INTP personality type...Lol
I read somewhere that INTP's are most likely to smoke knowing goddamned well that it will kill them.
Luckily, my BP is well-controlled with medication and has been for years.
That still leaves the potential problem of the Big C to contend with though. And emphysema/COPD.
I've been meaning to get around to finding a vape product that suits me. I have one that is pretty satisfying, but it's heavy, clunky and awkward to hold. The ones that I've purchased that DO have the look and feel of a cigarette weren't satisfying at all, and I still found myself smoking afterward. I'm gonna have to do some serious research and drop some serious coinage to get an optimal replacement I guess.
