Like using a clean needle is the healthier way to shoot up heroin.......

Well, actually it is. Just as using heroin would be far safer than using fentanyl. That you don't see either as "safe" doesn't mean one isn't far safer than the other. Also, I think vaping IS far healthier than smoking, so I don't think the dirty heroin syringe analogy works quite so well.

You can't be sure what you are getting with heroin bought on the street.  You could be getting stuff that's pretty pure or stuff that's been stomped on so often it's barely even heroin anymore.

Pharmaceutical fentanyl at least has dosages...there's not guesswork in what is there.

Not to say fentanyl won't kick your ass...that's some fast-acting kick your ass stuff but you can be pretty sure that the real stuff isn't cut with some garbage.

So, that argument is false.
