And I cannot begin to tell you how many si fi fans will "testify" the "truth" that Gene Roddenberry invented the modern cell phone.
You know what claims are like. Everyone has one.
And if "testimony" were always "fact" in real courts there would be no need for perjury laws.
And in real courts, if is proven that even if the witness truly believes what they think they saw, it can be dead wrong at the same time.
The ability to make claims is nothing. Someone can truly believe what they claim, and be dead wrong at the same time.
