They are nearly polar opposites.
Horoscopes used to be printed in the paper daily on the same page as the crossword puzzle and the comic strips - entertainment. Nothing more. Certainly not a roadmap for selecting a life partner.
Two of my brothers are twins (two hours apart and Mum has never forgiven them), different as night and day.
I briefly dated a girl who wrote an astrology column for a small local paper (big tits were involved, sue me). She backtracked my birthday and found out that I was born during a full moon, near enough. She claimed this accounted for my musical abilities because of the stronger pull of the moon. When I tried to explain that the nurse and midwife who delivered me had a stronger gravitational pull on me than did the moon, she accused me of being closed minded.
Oh, well.
