Gravitational attraction is proportional to the masses of the bodies involved, but inversely proportional to the square of the distance between those bodies. I've done some back-of-the-envelope figuring and it turns out that the gravitational pull of the moon on a DNA molecule is somewhat less than the gravitational pull of a pair of running shoes.
Should we attempt to determine personality types by what sort of shoes people are wearing?
