So legit question for the mods and any of the women of AF: has anyone here actually been sexually harrassed on this forum? I understand that damn near every woman (and many men) has experienced something somewhere in the ballpark, I just want to gauge how big a problem it is here specifically.
Two people that I know of for certain.
But the rule wasn't put in place to stop rampant, wide-spread harassment. It was instituted because 1) it is a particularly scummy behaviour for people to indulge in, and 2) because there was no rule in place that covered it. Theoretically then, we were left with the options of either allowing such behaviour or punishing people who hadn't broken a rule.
