Germans don't think much of Turks, and Germany may yet see another heyday as the supreme power in Europe. I'd think you would want to stay where it is purely Turkish-unless you really do want to get the best in education. Your middle path betrays some ambivalence, even a seeking of comfort, which you decry in westerners (especially those women, who may well have hunted foreign cocks for sport) as a sign of weakness.
