I don't think simply entertaining the possibility that an informant might have been killed in custody is conspiratorial thinking. The mob, cartels, and gangs order hits on prisoners from the outside often enough.
Epstein named some prominent and extremely powerful men, and truth be told, cover-ups do happen.
Personally, I find it a little odd that he was taken off of suicide watch. Still not clear as to when or why that happened.
At the very least, it lends credence to the possibility that he was allowed to commit suicide.
