We need to agree on the definition of food item. I consider yogurt and sour cream food items. Also, I am a young taco creationist, I believe tacos were magically created about 6000 years ago, with sour cream.
Putting sour cream on a taco is like putting ground glass on a hamburger, or eating a steak smothered in spark plugs.
