I get that. I quit heroin on the 25th november 2004. After a few tries before, always cold turkey. Its the best way. It wasn't the physical withdrawal that posed a threat, its about a week of pain and misery, but sustainable IMHO.
I smoke about 5-10 fags, hand rolled per day. Tried a few times, but failed. I am not dead yet
