I resented smoking most of my life and I started smoking just before university. I think that I was already hooked because I was mimicking smoking while my relatives were truly smoking. After high school I was in a self-distructive state so I think I did t have the resolve to abstain anymore.
Because of my ignorance to addiction I taught Thai I will smoke just one year, hit my lowest point and then quit, little did I know that quitting was not such a simple thing.
