No one is talking about cells in a body. We are talking about a certain percentage of individuals in an enormously large and diverse group of people.
By making this sarcastic reply, you are arguing that in fact if some percentage of individuals in a group are bad, then the whole group is bad. This is exactly how bigots think.
For example, if someone argues that some Jews are greedy, therefore all Jews are greedy, that's bigotry. Or some black people are criminals, therefore all black people are criminals.
So you are making a bigot's argument.
