Obama.
Darwin
Hitchens
The Pope
Clinton (both).
Both? But with Hillary being a woman I don't think they consider her as an antichrist because antichrist is Jesus's enemy and they would see a woman not being strong enough to fight with a guy and would make Jesus look weak and perhaps even gay.

Considering that "Left Behind" series was a bestseller among Christians I say a high percentage.

Certainly not all of them, there are those William Blake Christians, of which you constantly blabber about, that see Jesus just as a metaphor. They certainly don't believe, or do they?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
