What did he do? He created the worst possible environment for the operation, and when it succeeded any what in spite of him, he gleefully took credit.
So shut the fuck up about the chain of command.
The chain of command did not in all relevant ways reach him. He is but the baffoon that happen to perch above a chain of command that ended before him and somehow remained functional in spite of him.
At the minimum, to even affect to be deserving of any credit for success, even for purely the reason of Political form, one has to exhibit willingness to take the blame for failure.
Does trumpster ever take any blame for any failure whatsoever at any time, ever?
If not, what even the most mendacious excuse could there possibly be to credit him with responsibility when there is any success?
