The good thing is when you have kids is to have a windowless room with walls and floor lined with cushions/mats and big cushion toys, so that kids can run, jump, scream, fall, trip inside as much as they want and won't get hurt and will exhaust their physical exigencies so they won't have any energy left to do bad things.
