China's communist ideals don't have the sufficient popularity in the Muslim world to lead such an ambitious project. Personally I believe that it is impossible, and would not contribute to anything but to what China's intervention caused in Syria: i.e more vassals and puppet leaders like Bashar Al-Assad.

Muslims do not understand the foreign, disgusting Chinese oppression.
