And, as mentioned before, while the situation with Cuba does seem to be improving, I can’t expect the human rights situation to be much better under Raúl Castro than even under Trump. That would seem a big drawback to invoking a right of return in Cuba (well, that and I don’t think the 2013 migration reforms seem to apply to Cubans born in America [like I’ve been assuming you are] only people born in Cuba. I could be wrong on both counts, though.)
