I hate the fucker too. But I also see a lot of fervor in human history in general, where the attitude of revenge takes over and humanity goes way beyond merely expressing disgust.
I think he is a bully and a pile of shit myself. All I am saying is that at least in the west, we should not get to the point of behaving like fascist dictatorships or oppressive theocracies.
If you are familiar with the show MASH, the doctors often treated the enemy when they were captured and wounded. I am not asking anyone to like Rush, he is a pile of shit. But he is also in medical decline and all I am saying is that any doctor that takes their oath seriously, won't choose their patients.
Nobody is asking you to like him. I simply warn humanity in general, not to get to the point of when expressing disgust leads to a gang mentality.
I am not going to lose a lick of sleep when Rush is gone. But as long as he is alive, I do expect his doctors to do their job. It is what I would want if my doctors didn't like me being an atheist.
