I have never been much of a drinker but I do remember enough about the few hangovers I did have to know that I never want another one.
The first time I got drunk was with a friend who was much more experienced in the drinking department...bad, bad idea. Made worse by the fact that what we were drinking tasted like a fruity kids drink and not something with alcohol in it. Then it was followed by beer - I have never consumed beer since that night.
I was 16 and hungover for three days. All the throwing up I did after the consumption probably lessened the impact. One of the few times after I reached my teens that I resorted to prayer and bargaining with whatever god may be listening.

I'm your huckleberry.
