Okay, I'll answer what I quoted.
Yes, there are only a few staff who are here regularly, and we've done what we can to keep the forums running smoothly.
Just look at the banning stats over the past few weeks dealing with spammers.
We read the reports, often creating the reports ourselves and actioning them. The quorum system is in place to stop a single staffer from over stepping bounds and carrying out arbitrary actions.
Yrust me when I say there are times I would have loved to immediately ban someone who has pissed me off. So we have checks to stop that happening.
With only a couple of staff here regularly we are not actually depending on the quorum system. Those who are here discuss issues and take the actions we deem necessary.
You'll see that from the fact that some individuals have been removed from some threads, temp or permanently banned, or other actions taken that you do not see.
Many of the staff themselves are busy with their real lives and with shutdowns happening worldwide, they are usually even busier with their own things.
Like many of the regular members, they pop in periodically and see what's happening. You don't see them because they're hidden.
I'm bloody busy with my own things at the moment, but I pop on when I can because I don't want to leave other staff members on their own. And I will continue to do so as long as a single person is posting.
As for the troll, and I think I know the one you mean, and I have called him out for being a troll, too, the staff have taken the actions we deemed necessary up to this point. The individual's posts have been borderline and if we deem that the trolling crosses the line, he will be banned.
There is a lot of discussion that goes on that you do not see.
And, in my opinion, your comment directed at Peebo is uncalled for.
