Irrelevant, as it was illegal for the shooter to chase him down and detain him in the first place.
You can’t justify a fatal shooting when your actions led to the shooting to begin with.

You are making a statement "it was illegal for the shooter to chase him down" - without any evidence as to the situation - but a newspaper account - which is not evidence.
You - and I - simply don't have the evidence as to what happened. No - a corpse is not evidence of murder.
It COULD be.
