But the photo the sister took is irrelevant in the sense that it would do nothing to prove or disprove the crime of murder. We know that Mr. Arbery is dead as a result of gunshot wounds inflicted by Mr. McMichael - these facts are not in dispute, and the photo does nothing to alter that. If she had provided video of the shooting from a different vantage, things might be different.

And you based this account from what evidence?
Muder is simply killing someone intentionally, the perpertrators had no legal grounds to apprehend the victim which is a fact.
