The  defenses of the accused are as  followed 

Arbery's trespassed before the shooting 

While this is true it hardly justifies chasing him with guns .Considering they had already called the cops .There was no reason for them to pursue . Plus other people had trespassed on that property and none of them were pursued .Need i once again mention the homeowner condemns the McMichaels actions .Lastly it was trespassing which is a misdemeanor not a felony een if he did it multiple times it needs to felony to justify a citizen's arrest in georgia

Arbery's was a suspect in burglaries 

Accept this is a lie as there was only one burglary and the only witness were the suspects 

Arbery's was confronted at the property before 

The details of that encounter are sketchy at best. The video of that night is unidentifiable. The only clear is the suspect ,And the neighbour only says the person was black . 

Arbery's grabbed the gun 

The video only shows Arbery's veer to the front of the truck were travis was . Weather travis was the aggressor or not is open . 


So far this case looks bad for the accused
