Roger Penrose is a hack

I've read that Penrose is atheist. I believe he even said it himself, but when I read and listen to his work he sounds more like an agnostic than anything. He seems to be open to theism and isn't sure either way. He's certainly not like any of you guys who emotionally cling to atheism like a cult follower, and he doesn't say dumb stuff like only matter and energy exists.

Atheism is a statement about belief (A)gnosticism is a statement about knowledge. Most people in here are agnostic atheists, like Penrose obviously is too.

You are extremely ignorant and ill infornmed, which does not correspond very well with your arrogance and condescension. However it is very common to see that the ignorant dont know how ignorant they are.

During an interview with BBC Radio 4 on 25 September 2010, Penrose states, "I'm not a believer myself. I don't believe in established religions of any kind. I would say I'm an atheist", during a discussion on the Big Bang Theory.[31]
