To hear magic book tell it, it's exactly the relationship that we have with god. He was a shit dad who, through his actions, produced shit children. Shit children which he promises to beat, who in turn... turn their backs on him as he becomes a doddering fool. Used to destroy cities and flood the world, real big dick energy. Now he wanders around asking people who they think he is... and appears on toast.
