Systemic racism doesn't operate on personal animus. So....gj proving™ that something that doesnt matter wasn't at play.

Just why is it, that you think, systemic racism would be a problem, if it existed? Is the fear that we could never get rid of all personal animus? I agree. That's not what systemic racism is.....but I agree.
