You're not far wrong. Soon after we moved here and herself was scouting round for a business location, she rang me up one day and said, 'I've found the perfect place!' I asked her to tell me about it, thinking I'd hear about the condition of the building, location, available parking, etc.
She told me, 'It's yellow. And it's pretty.'
