I agree on the narcissist bit, but I did noticed through his reign that the man is a liar to the core.
I won't believe a liar who spent all his life lying, also believes lying is the way to achieve the best results.

Mmmm, look at the gains he will get from such a move: he will gain a lot in the presidential race, financially and he will serve his narcissistic complex in advertising that he is "invincible" against disease.
