In a legal context yes, he has that right. But he has been a 100% fucking hypocrite claiming that any counting after Tuesday night would be cheating.
So now we have the fucker wanting the vote counting to stop in one state and the vote count to continue in others.
Well, that’s a different topic. Him trying to illegally stop the vote count isn’t the same as him ‘clinging on’ (it also won’t work).
It seems as if you’re saying the election should be called for Biden before all the votes are counted, while Trump is saying the election should be called for him before all the votes are counted. How is that different?
