Last year I tried to sign in to do my son's taxes. I had the login and password written down on the paperwork from the previous year. Wouldn't let me log in. So I went to reset the password and used one of the passwords I had tried to log on with...got the message that I couldn't reuse the last password.
So either I did have the password correct or I didn't...I'll never know. We started over with a different login.
