has Biden done a good job as president?

Whether or nor Reagan made people safer is a tough call.  He reduced funding for mental health which increased the homeless population.  His war on drugs attacked production and distribution, not mental health, while instituting mandatory sentences which increased prison populations and made hopeless felons out of young people busted with a pound of weed.  Some think, google it, that his drug policy made drugs cheaper and easier to get, which reduced crime.  I think it's a wash.
