So, you’re afraid Biden will come for women’s rights and the rights of freed slaves, even though whenever I hear someone criticizing women’s rights or downplaying or even justifying slavery, they tend to be on the right.

I looked up where Biden said none of the amendments are absolute:

It’s not as controversial as you think. That doesn’t necessarily mean he’s raring to abolish the constitution.

if he can come after guns freedom of speech and religion why not? I'ts been done before! Recently as well (but i will circle back to that) all he needs is to create a crisis like blm burning down cities/have a few big sky scrapers blow up in the name of blm and guess who becomes apart of the terrorist club? this very thing happened to Muslim people after 9-11. Japanese people after 12-7-41 Koreans after 6-5-50 and Vietnamese after 1955.. all black people need do is shift their votes from the left, and all the shenaniganns of burning and looting will become a no tollerance/lock down issue. do you remember the oj trial? do you remember the terms: three strikes and your out? or no tolerance or joe biden's 'crime bill' in 93/94 the government/biden lead the charge under a Clinton administration to imprision/enslave as many black people as possible. under these very legal and applauded bills!  Granted they did not offically reverse the emancipation proclamation, but the net effect was the same. The freedoms of black Americans were taken 20 years at a time for things like pot violations, having a fire found on them ( a right of every american) or even non payment of child support. But none of you see that ( or why else elect the man who enacted these bills to a higher office) That is the problem with you guys. you have been brain washed to view the world from one single pov like you are given trigger words to look for and if a situation does not trip a trigger word you are ok with it even if by act and deed slavery has not only been reintroduced but embraced and made part of the culture. Can't you see through out history the 13th amendment has been revoked lawfully when ever black people get too out of line with the dims in power?

idk seems pretty cut and dry to me:

Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution that “[The Congress shall have Power] To exercise exclusive Legislation…over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may…become the Seat of the Government of the United States.” The article also stated that this 100-mile district would come from land ceded by the states so that the new seat of government would be independent of any state.

As I understand it, the proposal is to make the District of Columbia a state, and the government would be an enclave within, but legally separate from, it. The seat of government would reduced to the White House, the Congressional Complex, the Supreme Court Building and a few other locations. Thus you could have the national government under control of Congress (as it is now) and DC would be the 51st state.

Seems doable and constitutional.

Article 1, Section 8 seems to disagree as it marks of 100 mile district to be taken from local states (Maryland and Virginia) so that the district remain a physically separate place of government not regulated by states rights or law. but rather be governed by the congressional body itself.

This question asks has Biden done a good job as president in general. not compared to trump but has he made America safer? pro prosperous, has the biden admin toed the line or exceeded his promises in your opinion.. again nothing to do with trump, just trying to gauge what lefty nut bags think of:
The current situation on our southern border, IE the humanitarian crisis/kids in cages
Biden's dealings with: North Korea, China, Russia, moving to defcon 3
His bid to end America's energy surplus resulting in Higher fuel prices
His role/his expectations for the American people in the pandemic which seems backwards to how Fl/DeSantis is handling things to far greater success.
His dealings in the middle east pulling out of Afghanistan, Pandering to Pakistan to rejoin the nuclear proliferation agreement 
His proposed taxes or anything else you think he has done a good job on.

Because i honestly ask people if they think he is doing a good job, and if i get a yes they can not tell me where or what he has done a good job on unless they use trump as a red herring to deflect the question.. so again i get it orange man bad, no need to go down that road (unless too "smart" to come up with anything else, but must be heard).. but for the rest: what merits has a Biden's presidency produced?

Biden is not supported just by "lefty nut bags".
