Headed a government agency at one point? At one point? You mean during the pandemic that he's talking about? That's pretty relevant, and he knows plenty more than you do. He knows much of the information that you do not know, that he is surely basing his opinion off of. He had access to more information than you or I.

Heading a government agency doesn't confer any abilities. The chump appointed people who were either unqualified or whose political leanings were antithetical to the actual mission of the agency. Energy and education spring immediately to mind.
