First of all, monetary funding of the U.N. isn't any kind of share as the distribution of power and votes in the various bodies of the U.N. is not based upon it.

The UN is not a private corporation. There are no "shares". 
The link says just what he said, (and I said). It says one fifth. That's a majority of nothing.

The members of the UN don't get more votes, depending on how much they give. The Security Council does have some "more influence", but it's not according to donations.
