What happened to the atheist community? These days, you watch Sam Harris and now you are a racist. You watch Hitchens and you love war. You watch Dawkins and you hate trans people.

1) Maybe at least cover up the Swastikas? With a sticker or summat? I think the Asian people in question would probably understand if you weren't hot on the Swastika, given how much baggage the Nazis gave it.

2) Funny thing about the skinheads; while researching for a review of This is England, I wound up learning quite a bit about them. It turns out they were originally an outgrowth of Mod culture that latched onto aspects of Jamaican rude boy culture. A bit more like this:



But in the 1970s, shit started to diversify, and not in the ways people would have liked, since many skinheads also started to latch on to Tyndale’s National Front (the forerunner to the BNP) and its attendant racist ideology. To this day, many skinhead groups either remain apolitical or are actively left-wing (many actually tried to make Antifa into a proper organization in 80s and 90s) and at least one major group defines itself by fighting racism. #notallskinheads.
And for what it’s worth, A) I shave my head on occasion (though I make a point of leaving my beard as is and shearing my head hair is limited to just taking a #2 guard to the scalp once a month or two) mostly for practical purposes, and B) everyone knows  that Neo-Nazis have decided to replace the shaved head with a high and tight:

3) Admittedly, watching people with questionable views isn’t a problem in itself; it only becomes one when you buy into the questionable rhetoric and parrot it uncritically. Which you’ve been known to do.

Don't see why it would be necessary for me to cover it up with a sticker. It has Chinese characters all over the calendar and other Chinese designs right next to/ attached to the swastika, so if someone confuses it as a Chinese white supremacist calendar, that's probably a person who lacks any common sense and they can't be helped anyways.

I mostly shave my head because my hair gets itchy as hell if I let it grow.

"Old enough" is the truth. It was a joke about me not being taken advantage of by the 16 year old. And I don't have to prove to anyone that I don't sleep with underage girls. If they want to assume dirty things and think those dirty thoughts, that's on them.
