It’s the core stage of the rocket.  The big cylindrical structure will likely disintegrate and burn up.   But it has 2 LOX/LH rocket engines that boosted it off the ground still attached.   These engines weigh several tons apiece, and must withstand rocket combustion temperatures and pressure during normal operation.  So I suspect big pieces of the engines will survive reentry and hit the ground.
