Are we pretending that a hospital is forced to hire a black janitor as a surgeon on account of him being the only non-white to apply?  

Poor downtrodden white man, can't catch a break with all this discrimination against him in the workplace.  His own government abandoned him, throwing lavish amounts of cash at nigerians and leaving nothing but crumbs for him and his.

what about Asian students admission being limited at Harvard because they would be the majority at the university?

what about the number of miles, pushups, pull ups, timed trials/obstacle course being reduced for women?

what about the demand to hire a person of color despite qualification or lack of it for every 15 people that you employ? 

what about forcing banks to give loans to people based on the color of their skin, and not their job/work history income or credit score?

What about scholarships and grants based on again not grades but skin color

what about grants to start a business/borrowed money you do not have to pay back again not based on any merit or experience but skin color and paper work?

what about covid relief for black owned only businesses? (not even minority just black) 

What about being offered reparations based on skin color, from a state that wasn't even a state during slavery? that was illegal to have slaves is said territory as it was west of the mississippi?

what about having to pay a reparation tax because you are of a non black skin color, even if your ancestors were not in the USA during slavery?

what about a bottom of the class minority doctor being selected as your surgeon because the better lighter skinned better skilled doctors had 2 or three procedures under their belts for the month, and the minority is up to take the lead because the law demands it... what if your dad was that patient? what if it were you who needed the bypass?

 are you good with the 5th best doctor out of 5 for your open heart surgery or do you want the best guy, skin color and turns be dammed?  what will your family say when "Doktorb". 'it's my turn i'm  a surgeon too" hands your wife and kids two sprites and a coke to split.. says " i'm soddy i did my best' and leaves leaving them to ask a nurse what happened to you? and come to find out that not one other person in the last 25 years in the country died of that specific complication, as most doctors know how to make it a none issue? still believe that diversity trumps skill or ability?
