An attempt to nullify a legal election HAS to qualify as an attempt to overthrow an established government. Rioting on civilian government property is clearly a revolt against civil authority. And inciting an insurrection is legally the same as taking physical part in one:
If just ONE of the 472 people arrested so far is convicted of insurrection, based on what Trump urged them to do, then Trump is guilty of insurrection.

It’s not me - that’s what the law says: someone who incites an insurrection is guilty of - wait for it - insurrection. There is no legal distinction between the two.
If you disagree, take it up with the US Code.
