3 oz. of seafood medley(mussels, shrimp, calamari, imitation crab,)
1/2 jar of alfredo sauce(loosened with a cup of flaxmilk)
Sautee with seafood: kale leaves, broccoli, 1/4 diced onion, diced fresh mushrooms, diced tomato; until onion is translucent and kale is bright green but slightly wilted
Seasoned with crushed red pepper, minced garlic, iodized salt, and paprika
Simple, spicy and full of nutrients.
Can't have seafood anymore, grrrrrr.
I'm sure it would work with chicken. There's nothing seafood specific about it. *thumbs up*
